Have you seen all of the different Rice Krispie treats recipes? Rice Krispie treats are easy to make, so I settled on this recipe. With the addition of a crust, these are a little different than traditional Rice Krispie treats. I substituted semi sweet chocolate chips for white chocolate chips. Tim said the crew at work gave them rave reviews. They were a little too sweet for my tastes and I love sweet desserts.

Bet they loved 'em at the office:@)
ReplyDeleteI can relate to having a whole lot of dessert recipes to try! I go through all my recipes (sweet and savoury) from time to time trying to cut them down, but there's still lots to try. I'm glad these bars were such a hit in the office.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness these sound delicious!

ReplyDeleteI love this recipe - great twist!! Thanks for still visiting my blog. You are too sweet. I am working full time as a preschool director and I just don't seem to have as much time - don't get to post as often or visit other fun blogs as often. And yes - I am so ready for spring!
